Oregon Form OR-10 Says “See Statement” But Statement is Missing
I successfully added my 2020 Oregon estimated tax payments to TurboTax. The resulting Form OR-10 says "See Stmt*" on lines 14, 19, 24, and 29. However, there is no statement included with the Oregon tax return!
If I reduce my Oregon estimated tax payments (as a test) so that a penalty is generated, then the statement appears and is included with the Oregon tax return.
This statement needs to appear whenever form OR-10 is generated (whether or not there is a penalty) so there is a record of the estimated tax payments that were made.
