North Carolina not seeing efile

I submitted my 2021 tax returns on Saturday, February 19th (2022).  The federal and NY (non-resident) efiles were promptly accepted.  North Carolina (resident) is sitting in pending and has not been acknowledged by the state (8 days).  Is there a way to retransmit?  How do I get it unstuck?   (I have the receipt from Intuit acknowledging my payment for the North Carolina efile (February 19th 3:25 EST))

NC probably should not have e-filed at all.

BUT, the NC DOR has informed everyone that they will not start processing files until "the week of"  28 Feb

....which means they expect to start "sometime" the week, not necessarily the 28th itself.  I expect they may pull a few test files early on, so if yours happens to be among them, so be it.  But don't expect it to be the case.

Also know that there was a bug in the early NC software that wasn't dealt with until Feb 24th.....it may not affect your NC tax return, and we can't know what NC will do about this, but they may just reject any e-filed as early as yours, so that you can go back and at least check the "issue".  But I'm just guessing at this point.
