To delete from your online return.

Sign in and open your return.
In the left-hand menu, select State.
On the "Status of your state returns" screen, select Delete (trash can icon) next to the state you want to remove.
You usually cannot delete the state if you have already paid for it or registered your product.

If you are using desktop, you can go to file>remove state return.
