California CA-540 Error

I keep getting this error when running the smart check. I do not understand what it means. Running program update does nothing. Any ideas?

    I am getting the exact same error, but I have zero distributions.  Have tried to get online update several times and nothing happens.

      Hi. Mortgage adjustments should have nothing to do with IRA distributions. I believe that this is a program error. Called support today. 2 to 3 days for them to get back to me. Thanks for the feedback
