I filed a return for 2021 for a taxpayer whose dependent had a TIN but for 2022 has a SSN.
Taxpayer did not get the $125 or $200 ATR. Would she be eligible for the ATR credit of $200.00?

No, probably not. I assume you are referring to the Indiana Automatic Taxpayer Refund (ATR). The conditions to get the ATR in 2022 are very different than in 2021.
