    Your health insurance does not qualify for what, exactly?    There is plenty of room for you to ask a clearly worded question--even several sentences if that is what you need to be clear about your issue.  We cannot tell what you mean with only a few words entered in the subject box, and this is not live chat.  You need to ask a question that we can understand without trying to guess.
