I filed the federal taxes with no issues. Now trying to download the FL state return and every time if gives me an error message trying to process my payment and will not let me download the state return. No matter how many different credit cards I tried it gives me the same error. Seems like a glitch. How do I file the FL state return?????

What type of return are you trying to file?
Florida has a tangible personal property tax (Form DR-405) but does not tax estates, trusts, or partnerships. Thus, the only return a taxpayer might need would be a corporate return (Form F-1120) or a DR-405 for tangible personal property.
I need to file a F-1120 for an S Corp.

Probably you do NOT need to file an F-1120 for your S corporation.
In Florida, an F--1120 only needs to be filed for an S corporation if it pays federal income tax (look at Line 23c of your federal 1120-S).
I thought every corporation in Florida had to file no matter what. And the exemption is only for less than $50k in income
C corporations file F-1120, not S corporations unless they have BIG (or otherwise pay federal income tax on Line 23c of the federal 1120-S).
I your S corporation uses tangible personal property in connection with your business, then you would file a DR-405 but that's filed with the county property appraiser not the state.
