Troubleshoot EIN error message

Trying to complete my OK 512S (S-Corp) return.  When I run the Review it highlights in Red my EIN number.  I've confirmed I have the correct number in there and have deleted and re-entered multiple times.  Below are the relevant screens I get on the review to help with the troubleshooting.  Thanks for any help!

Since you have tried several times to clear the error close your TurboTax,

then clear your Cache and Cookies.

Your browser stores recently visited webpages as temporary files in a cache, which enables the pages to load more quickly when revisited.

However, a full or corrupted cache can cause problems in TurboTax, so sometimes you need to clear your cache (that is, remove these temporary files).

To clear your cache

If this does not correct your issue you may want to delete your state return as follows:

1. Sign in and open a section of your return.
2. From the menu, select State and then select Continue on the Let's get your state taxes done right screen.
3. On the Status of your state returns screen, select Delete next to your state, then answer Yes.

How to add a State

1. Sign in to TurboTax.
2. Now select Add a state (this reopens your return) ...
3. Select State from the left menu.
4. On the Let's get your state taxes done right screen, select Continue and follow the instructions.

I'm not seeing the options you list for deleting my state return or reinstalling it.  I'm using the desktop version of TurboTax Business.

If you are using TurboTax Desktop, make sure to check for updates.  The issue could be your version is not up-to-date with the current forms.  If you're on a PC, open TurboTax and select Check for Updates from the Online menu near the top. On a Mac, simply quit and reopen TurboTax. If there are any updates, you'll be prompted to download them.

To delete a state return in TurboTax Desktop, you can follow these steps:

1. With your return open in TurboTax, switch to Forms Mode by selecting the Forms icon at the top-right corner of the screen
2. From the File menu, choose Remove State Return. (This won't delete your state program, just the state tax return)
3. Select the return you want to delete and select Remove. Choose Yes to confirm

If you want to start a new state return, select the Step-by-Step icon and then select the State Taxes tab.
