Does TurboTax offer online do-it-yourself services for filing 1120 forms? If so, how do I access those services?

There is not an online TurboTax service to prepare your Forms 1120.  You can purchase the TurboTax Business and download to your computer to prepare your business forms.

Thanks. It shows as a "preorder" and also I don't see how to get a version for Mac OS.

Sorry Turbo Tax Business is only available for Windows, not Mac or online.   Either find a Windows computer to install it on or ask for a refund.
