Well.... Rats! March 9th, ALL GA Fiduciary forms (supposedly) available to print. But TT Bus will not allow to 'print to file by mail', nor save for records. It's a bit like the Seinfeld Rental Car episode. " TT Bus lets me Doooo My taxes, they just won't let me Fiiiiiile My taxes."
As I've updated over last few weeks, only once did I notice the patch notification being pushed in the updater notice. I wonder if the program needs to grab the patch once more for the program to 'finalize' the return and allow me to file??
Am Def disappointed that NO TT Rep has gravitated to this thread and helped us out. But TT Bus is likely less than 1% of their business revenue and resources utilized accordingly??
I will wait.... Any helpful hints appreciated.
I can update that the MD SCORP was released on 3/8.
For those of you filing a Georgia State business return:
Although the Forms Availability Table for TurboTax Business indicates that the Georgia State Income modules for all business entities are ready for filing, recent developments have delayed implementation. Since we have not been given an estimated release date, you may wish to consider requesting an extension of time to file.
According to the Georgia Department of Revenue, if you have a filed a Federal extension (Form 7004) by the original due date of your return, you will be granted an additional 6 months to file your Georgia return. Form 7004 is available in all versions of TurboTax Business.
If you have already filed the federal return, you can still extend the Georgia return by using Form IT-303.
Were the recent GA developments caused by the State or was Intuit unable to complete their work in time. It's an important distinction.
I finally got my Maryland and PA business tax forms files. They both are print only. I had to wait until all the appropriate schedules and forms were released. Hopefully others who were having problems are now able to do what is needed.

That said where have 'you' been for the past 3-4 weeks?
Why might I ask is this information not more readily available and transparent from THE Leader in tax software, anywhere searchable on the website? Geeeeeezzzzzz.
I've been using TT personal for as long as it has been available and TT Bus for the past 13 years..... This year and this issue has been deeply concerning and challenging for all of us here on this thread, and I am sure MANY silent users. Why is there still not a pop up window or other appropriate notice on the affected state tax software downloads that we pay up front for? It would seem a fix reachable by competent and interested software engineers.
