Hello,
If you have not received your refund from the state of New York, you should be able to view your refund status using this website:

https://www.tax.ny.gov/pit/file/refund.htm 

If you have more specific questions, you would want to log into your TurboTax account and contact us directly.

If you're using TurboTax Online:

1. Sign into your TurboTax account (if you aren't already signed in)
2. Once you're in, type Contact us in the Search bar
3. Select the Contact Us button from the results
4. Select the pencil icon to enter your question and select Let's talk
5. Now choose between:
   • Posting your question to our community of experts (Post a question)
   • Talking one-on-one with a live TurboTax Expert or CPA (Get a call) 
     • Free Edition (without PLUS): This is not covered, so when you select Talk to a specialist, you'll be asked to add PLUS benefits first

If you're using the TurboTax CD/Download software or can't sign into your TurboTax account:

1. Go here to contact us
2. Ask your question, select Continue, and follow the instructions

When did you file? If you efiled was the state return Accepted?

You can double check your efile status here,

When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. What does it say?

Then only the state can tell you when you will get your refund. After Turbo Tax transmits your return they are done with their part.
