I don't understand your question. But if you don't get a 1099 you still need to report all the income on your tax return. So you need to keep track of it. You have to fill out Schedule C for self employment income.

Are you asking if the person-people who claim you as a dependent will know that you are working for Uber when they send you a tax document? You can still file a tax return of your own even if you are claimed as someone else's dependent. And....if you are working as a delivery driver and make even $400, you are required to file a tax return and pay self-employment tax for Social Security and Medicare.
CAN I FILE A RETURN IF I AM A DEPENDENT?
If you can be claimed as a dependent on your parents’ return, you can still file your own return so that you can receive a refund of taxes withheld. Your W-2 will show federal tax withheld in box 2, and state tax withheld in box 17. (You will not get back anything for Social Security or Medicare withheld.) Be sure that on your own return you say that you can be claimed as a dependent on someone else’s return.
If you have self-employment income you might get a 1099NEC; but even if you do not receive a 1099NEC, even $400 of self-employment income requires you to file.
It is still not clear exactly what you were trying to ask about. But to add some other information for you---your earnings do not get entered on your parents' tax return. Even if they claim you as a dependent, your income only goes on your own tax return, and has no effect at all on their tax return.
Yes, I don’t want them to know that I am receiving one, they don’t want me working, and they claim me as a dependent. Will they know if I receive one? DO I have to tell them?

I was just trying to want to make some extra money
They would only know if a 1099 for you was sent to their address and they opened it to see who it was from. No you don't have to tell them. You will have to file your own return for all your income. Be sure to check the box that says you can be claimed on someone else's return or their return will reject if they claim you. If you file a return and their returns rejects they will probably ask you why.
Are you under 24 and a full time student? If not they might not be able to claim you.
We cannot know what information you provided to Ubereats about your address. If they mail out a 1099NEC and it goes to your home address, then whoever brings in the mail is likely to notice that you are receiving a tax document. Or they could think it is junk mail and toss it without you even knowing. Sorry---we cannot help with you not wanting your parents to know you are working. You could try asking Ubereats whether you will receive a 1099NEC and if so, how it will be issued to you. It is possible that you just access it online.
Oh----you need to know this:
If you can be claimed as a dependent and you answer the question in My Info incorrectly, here is what happens if you e-file first: Your Social Security number goes into the IRS system as having been used. When your parents try to e-file, their e-file is rejected and they will find it impossible to e-file their own tax return. Then they will have to print, sign and mail their return and wait for months for it to be processed. You, meanwhile, will have to file an amended tax return on a special form called a 1040X, which also takes months for the IRS to process. So make sure you know the correct answer to "Can anyone claim you as a dependent on their tax return?"
