How do I download the software on a second computer? I have been online for an hour

I am unable to use the code on a Mac after downloading on a Windows computer. How do I do this. Noah just told me it's not possible since I bought mine from Costco. I had this same problem last year.

You can't install the MAC version on Windows or vice versa. You can contact support for assistance.
