You do not "file" a 2024 tax return yet. In 2025 you will prepare and file a 2024 tax return. You can make estimated quarterly payments to the IRS if you need to--but you do not do that "through" TurboTax. You can pay it directly to the IRS on the IRS website.
You have self-employment income for which you will pay self-employment tax for Social Security and Medicare. You will need to use online Premium software or any version of the CD/download so that you can prepare a Schedule C for your business expenses.
