We have been trying for months to pay via EFTPS. We have EIN but every time we try to sign up for EFTPS we get a letter in a mail a week later: "The information submitted does not match our records". We are frustrated and don't know what to do...

I am so sorry about your trouble. The best way to PIN issues is to generate it through your IRS online account, and once the account is verified through the link below, you may generate a PIN on your own and use it to submit the electronic return. it takes only a few minutes to generated a PIN through your account. I have tried this with multiple customers and it worked. Please give it a try and you won't regret it.
