Creating 1099-misc forms

In past years I was able to create and file 1099-misc forms using quick employer forms for free.  This year they want $375.  I only need to file 1.  Is this correct?  Or does the $375 include online tax filing as well?

I don't know if you still get a free QEF in Online  Premium.  You do in the Desktop Home & Business program.

Once I got Turbo Tax Premium selected I did get Quick Employer Forms to work without a separate charge.
