corporate c vs subchapter s

I am registered as a subchapter s corporation and have files this way in prior years. Turbo tax completed the C corporation tax form automatically.  How do I change this or do I have to change this?

You need to start over and pick the 1120 S return.  You are using the Windows Business program, right?

Since you say TurboTax created the tax return automatically, I assume you imported your QuickBooks file and the return was populated based on your import. If so, you had to indicate in QuickBooks that your company filed an S corporation return. You use the Company and then My Company menu options in QuickBooks to edit the Income Tax Form information. Edit the Report Information to change the Income Tax Form used to a form 1120S (S Corporation.) Then, start a new tax return in TurboTax.
