In TurboTax Online, the proceeds from IRS form 1099-MISC may be reported as follows:

Down the left side of the screen, select Federal.
Down the left side of the screen, select Wages & Income.
Scroll down to Other Common Income. Click the down arrow to the right.
Click Start / Revisit to the right of 1099-MISC.
