Just to clarify, the payer's address is not being accepted?  There could be a misprint on the 1099R.  If you google the companies name, see what address comes up.  Sometimes the zip code can be different.  

This will not effect the outcome of your return, so if you need to change it, it will not cause an issue.

Be sure the two letter state matches the zipcode.  For example, Arizona should be AZ (not AR).
