want to finish my taxes and it won't let me enter my 1099?

What kind of 1099 do you have? There are almost two dozen kinds. We need to know what you are trying to enter in order to help. 1099NEC? 1099Misc? 1099B? 1099E? 1099INT? SSA1099? 1099R? etc etc etc

If you are trying to enter a 1099-R, here's How to Enter 1099-R.

Type '1099-R' in the Search area (top right) and then click on 'Jump to 1099-R' to get to this section.
