Why there is a highlight in my Roth IRA recharacterization that I can not make correction?

In Enter Your Roth IRA Contributions page, I enter o for roth contribution. Below the the line, there is a yellow highlight showing my contribution for the prior year, with a triangle symbol.

it keeps telling me to fix errors before moving forward. But it doesn't highlight what might be wrong and I have checked and doubled checked all info is correct.
