Why is asking me for a 1095A form whem I am retired

In the Healthcare section, did you indicate that you had Marketplace insurance? That's the only reason you'd be asked for a 1095-A. If you didn't have that kind of health insurance, you should answer no to the question Was anyone covered by any of these plans in 2016? If you had Medicare, that is not one of those plans.
