Why does Turbo Tax still ask for State info from blocks 12 and 13 when they no longer exist. They are now blocks 14 and 15.

This is on the form 1099.

Why does Turbo Tax still ask for State info from blocks 12 and 13 when they no longer exist. They are now blocks 14 and 15.

1099-R ?

 

There is a follow-up confirmation page that mislabels those boxes.  TTX has been informed and is working to correct box numbers showing.    In the meantime, you only need to match the "subject" of each box to the $$ being displayed.....they are numbered properly in the background worksheet.
