Why does Turbo tax review take me to a blank 1099R form and want me to fill it out?

I get all the way to the review stage on my federal return. The review shows problems to be fixed and takes me to basically a blank 1099R form and wants me to fill it out. In the income portion I already filled out 1099R forms for all distributions I received. Why is this happening? Thanks!

It seems you might have a blank Form 1099-R carried over. Please go back to the retirement section and delete the blank Form 1099-R:

  1. Click on "Search" on the top right and type “1099-R”
  2. Click on “Jump to 1099-R”
  3. On the "Review your 1099-R info" screen delete the blank Form 1099-R.
