It seems you might have a blank Form 1099-R carried over. Please go back to the retirement section and delete the blank Form 1099-R:
- Click on "Search" on the top right and type “1099-R”
- Click on “Jump to 1099-R”
- On the "Review your 1099-R info" screen delete the blank Form 1099-R.
