When I type in the data from my W-2 form, sign out so I can complete  more data later, the W-2 data has completely disappeared when I return to continue my input. It happen 3 different times.  I do not understand what is happening, I did not have this problem last year.

Is all of your other information still present?

Are you using Online TurboTax or desktop software (CD/download)?   If using Online TurboTax, it *should* save your info each time you change screens.     After entering your W-2, continue on to the end of that Wage Income section.    To sign out, go to the left menu column and scroll down to the "Sign Out" link.

If using Online TurboTax, what browser are you using?  You might try using a different one to see if that makes any difference.
