Why does my "Retirement Savings Contribution Credit" Review continue to show up blank when I click on review and continue and then start me over again?

TurboTax is aware of the issue and working on a fix, currently scheduled to be resolved for 3/23/2018 (subject to change). In the interim, when you select the Federal Review section, you should select Review on Answers to review and answer all the questions. This may fulfill the answers needed for the Retirement Savings Contribution Credit (Savers Credit) and you may be able to continue to file your tax return(s).
