why does it say my childs social security is not valid for employment and doesn't qualify for earned income tax

why does it say my childs social security is not valid for employment and doesn't qualify for earned income tax

There is a question in MY INFO that asks you if your child's SSN is valid for employment.  Did you answer incorrectly?   Click the child's name in MY INFO and go back through the screens again.
