Why can’t I say “ retired” and move on?. I do not work . The schedule by Intuit and TurboTax deliberately confuses the person filing tax information

The forms force to give nonexistent information

What is the problem?  You enter "occupation" in My Info.  What is confusing you?  Why do you think you have to give "non-existent information?"

The system would not let me move on to other parts till the details on occupation were answered. Problem solved by reviewing index on the left side of screen. Did waste much time though.
