Why aren't PDFs of 1099-R forms being accepted into the system?

pdf's of 1099R's have never been "accepted" ----You can enter it by hand or you may be able to import it. But is early for importing data from most financial institutions. They may have it ready for you to look at or print from their sites, but it is usually later in February before that data is formatted for import.
