That income doesn't need any special forms. And you mean W2 income not W4. You can use Deluxe. You will get a SSA-1099 for Social Security and 1099R for the IRA disbursements. In fact you might even be able to use the Free Edition. I would start in Free and it will tell you if you need to upgrade to enter something. Or do you want to buy the Desktop CD/Download program? You can use Deluxe.
