What kind of distribution are you referring to? Do you have a tax form? A 1099-R perhaps? Please provide some details.

If you received a Form 1099-R then select the button that indicates Form 1099-R. If you received a Form CSA-1099-R or a CSF-1099-R then select the button for those forms. If you received a Form RRB-1099-R then select that button.
