Which part of the 1099 forms do I give to contractors

I created my 1099s and efiled them. Do I give the entire pdf to the contractor or just pages from it?

Next to box 4, each form copy is labelled, see attached screenshot. You should give your contractors copy B (& the instructions that follow if included) and keep copy C for yourself (& the payer instructions if included).
