Which version of TurboTax are you using?

 

If you are using a free version, entry of a 1099-G for gambling winnings is likely not supported.

    To enter your 1099-G in TurboTax go to the 'Wages & Income' section of the federal return and scroll down to '1099-MISC and other common income'.  There is a button there that says 'Other 1099-G Income'.  Click that and enter it there.
