Where or what field do i enter the extra amount witheld per paycheck?

If you had your employer withhold extra amounts for tax it is already in box 2 of your W-2. There is no special place or special box on your W-2 for it, nor is there a special other place to enter into your tax return. Simply enter your W-2 exactly as it appears. The "extra" withholding is already there.
