I cannot find my 2019 1099

A Form 1099 will not be included in the 2019 PDF.  There are worksheets for a several types of 1099 included in the PDF.  If you require a copy of the actual Form 1099 you will have to contact the issuer of the form.

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created.  TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.

You have not mentioned what kind of 1099 you are seeking--there are over a dozen kinds of 1099's.

 A 1099Misc  or 109NEC is typically issued by an individual or business for whom you performed work as an independent contractor, so seek a copy from them if you did not save yours.  Many of the other types of 1099's are issued by banks, brokerages and other financial institutions from which you can seek copies.
