Where do you input 1099 forms from vanguard and robinhood?

For 1099-INT, 1099-DIV and 1099-B/8949 forms, those are on the Wages&Income page.

BUT if you have any 1099-DIV forms with box 2 $$ or any 1099-B/8949 forms, then you will be required to upgrade to the paid version "Premier" and pay for both Federal and state software. You won't be able to continue using the "Free" version

Connected Robinhood account tells me to enter my exclusion percentage. On my forms it is 0.00 but it does not give me the option to input it. What should I do?
