Where do I send records for rollover from 403B?
The rollover is reported to you on a form 1099 R. You will report the rollover in your tax return. You do not need to send copies of the 1099 R anywhere. You just need to report it in your tax return.
You should have received a Form 1099 R for the distribution from the 403 B plan. That gets entered into Turbo Tax.
Select Federal Taxes
Select Wages & Income
Scroll down and select start or review next to IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R)
