IF you are paying for Part D (and/or Part B) separately from your SSA-1099, then it is entered as one of your Medical Insurance premium entries on the Deductions&Credits page.....in the Medical Deductions area

 

BUT.....they will only be used if your total out-of-pocket Medical deductions exceed 7.5% of your AGI...AND you must also end up using Itemized Deductions.  ... Itemized deductions require the use of "Deluxe" (or higher) software versions that require paying for the software.
