Sign in to your return and click on Take me to my return.  Then click on Federal on the left-hand side of the screen.  Scroll down to the Investments category and click on Start or Revisit next to Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds, Other, see attached.  

• Answer Yes or select + Add more Sales
• Choose I'll type it in myself at the bottom of the screen
• Select your bank or brokerage
• Choose I'll enter 1 sale at a time - The rest of the fields you need will show up so that you can enter the proceeds and basis amounts, see attached.
