Where do i enter contributions statement

That goes on Schedule A as an Itemized Deduction(s). To enter your contributions in Turbo Tax, follow these steps:

• Log into your tax return
• In the search box in the upper right hand corner of the screen, type in "Schedule A" and click the "Jump to Schedule A" link when it comes up
• Turbo Tax will begin to ask you about other available itemized deduction you want to take
• Once you've answered these questions, you will be brought to a page that has several options of itemized deductions to choose from
  
• Click the Start button for the Charitable Donations (see screenshot below)
• Turbo Tax will then ask you specific questions about your donations
