The previous fund was tax deferred and the contribution was in 2015 but the rollover was in 2016.

Wait for the 1099-R, and then you'll enter it under the Personal Income tab in the Retirement Income and Social Security section of the program, when you get to it. but you can't do anything without the 1099-R, as the code or codes in box 7 of that form are important.
