Where do I enter 1099-R?

Please follow below steps for 1099-R data entry:

Federal Taxes
Wages and Income
Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security
Select IRA, 401(k), Pension Plans (1099-R)- follow the prompts; the program will ask you for any state-specific situations, then transfer the information to its respective state
