When will the 1099R form for hurricane be updated?

i'm  waiting to efile my return due to the 1099R update. How long will this take and can I take the hurricane form off. I paid taxes on it when I took the funds out.

These update should go into effect today, February 23, 2018. Please wait until after this date to attempt to E-File.

The Extender Bill, (The Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018), that Congress recently passed and The President signed into law,  extended the expired tax extenders (including the tuition and fees deduction and the deduction for mortgage insurance premiums, among others) and energy efficient credits through Dec. 31, 2017, and includes special tax relief for certain disaster victims.

{Edited: 5:10 pm 2.23.2018) UPDATED INFORMATION: Per the IRS Forms Availability Table Forms 8915A/B are expected on March 8, 2018. As of this afternoon (Friday, Feb 23), the IRS still hasn't released the final version of those forms.

Is this only affecting Turbo Tax because I am tired of getting different dates. Now it’s saying 03/08/18
