WHEN will "forms" be available for entering 1099B and 1099R????

I paid for a program which I cannot use because "forms are not yet ready."  When will the forms be ready to enter information from 1099B and 1099R??

When I filed last week the forms 1099R were available..... but my return also just got rejected due to some error in 1099R. Seems like TurboTax has a bug they are trying to fix, maybe they are taking the form down for everyone who hasn't filed yet until it is resolved.
