When turbo tax asks 'tell us the value of your traditional ira'. Is this just the value of the traditional IRAs or should any Roth IRAs also be included?

I contributed to a traditional IRA but then converted that to a Roth IRA.

Just traditional IRAs.  If you converted all of your traditional IRAs to Roth, leaving you with no money in any traditional IRA on December 31, 2016, enter zero.
