When I review my taxes TurboTax says Form 1099-R Recipient street address address information is required, but I haven't filled out a 1099-R. How do I proceed?

If you DID NOT have a 1099-R then go back and "Delete the Entry" that may have been accidentally accessed by the tax payer in filling out forms.
