When adding daycare information GUAM does not come up as an option.

The first time I add the address I see Guam is not a State, so I change it to US Territory and it lets you choose Guam. After the intial part the program wants the EIN number, Address, state and Zip. When this happens I can't get the US Territory and Zip to correctly match. The options don't change in this section to allow me to select Guam and enter Guam Zip. Is there a matching Zip code that will work with the Foreign/ Us Territory option?
