The 1095-B is issued for your health coverage thru a government agency or small employer.  You don't need to enter it into TurboTax.  Just keep it for your records.  However, you still need to go into the Healthcare section and answer the first TurboTax question saying whether you had coverage the entire year.

The 5498 is issued by your IRA custodian and is an annual recap of amounts contributed, plus any required minimum distributions (RMD) you might be required to take in the coming year.  This form can serve as a handy reminder of the contribution amount to enter into TurboTax for purposes of the IRA deduction (or to keep track of non-deductible contributions).  But you're not required to do anything with this form either.
