What do I do if the IRS is telling me that I owe them money from not claiming my IRA and my retirement as additional income in 2022?

Is the IRS correct? Did you take money out of a retirement account in 2022 and leave out that income when you prepared your tax return? Did you enter a 1099R when you prepared the return? What is on lines 4a and 4b of your Form 1040?
